Best staff of any premier inn
Very tatty. The plumbing is noisy so wakes you up. One of the most dismal breakfast experiences of any Premier Inn.

Third time staying over. Very conveniently situated beside main dual carriageway to A66 and A1. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Terrible over £150 (which is super expensive for a premier inn, I've never paid this much) for the room and breakfast. "Accessible" room was through five doors ,at the very back of the hotel. It was dirty and dusty everywhere, even on the TV screen and desk. The corridors stank of meth being smoked in rooms. The breakfast was diabolical, hard sausage, dried out hash brown, brittle greasy bacon like cardboard and rubber eggs and clumpy beans. I've never had a bad experience at a premier inn before, Ive stayed in many all over the country. My dad picked me up, they wouldn't let him come to my room to help with my bags, so in a wheelchair, with several bags and five doors to negotiate I had to struggle alone. Worst premier inn experience ever. I can not recommend this venue at all.
